Recruitment and appointment of Trustees 

All of the Association’s trustees are appointed or reappointed by the members at our annual general meeting, which is held in May each year. 

## **Governing document** 

The Association is a charitable unincorporated association and the purposes and administration arrangements are set out in our constitution. 

## **The organisations Charitable Purposes are:** 

· the advancement of public participation in sport through engaging the community in a variety of sports and physical activities, particularly football 

· the provision of recreational facilities and the organisation of a wide range of recreational activities, including activities related to sports and fitness, arts and crafts, music and dance and the provision of a programme of social events for the whole community 

· the advancement of citizenship and community development, particularly through promoting volunteering opportunities, and through working towards the reduction of crime and anti-social behaviour by providing diversionary activities for young people in the community 



· the advancement of health, particularly through (a) promoting healthy lifestyles and raising awareness of physical and mental health-related issues and (b) early intervention via encouraging early years sports participation 

· the advancement of heritage and culture through working within the community across generations to discover and promote the heritage and social history of Glasgow Perthshire Football Club and the local area. 

## **Activities and achievements** 

In the year, we increased our community’s activities (in particular), for around 500 young people and 21volunteers sessions in the Possilpark and surrounding areas of Glasgow. We continued to work in partnership with Young Possil.Futures. Also this year we partnered with the (DASH) club to provide necessary sessions for children with disabilities. 

This year we continue to upgrade our facilities with the help of local businesses 

We continued to work with local organisations and volunteers to continue making future plans for community needs as far as possible, however we are still operating with no bank account as there is no income and expenditure for the club 

## **Trustee remuneration and expenses** 

The trustees did not receive any remuneration or expenses during the year.

As explained above we have no current reserves
