The major activity of ISAR is the organisation of a global educational conference every three years. To date, there have been four conferences with the last conference taking place in April 2024 in Toronto, Canada. As the Society grows, it is the intention that smaller educational activities will be planned in the interim years between conferences such as online webinars, day symposiums, etc. The society ran a joint webinar with a similar society in December 2024.
