**Objectives:** (1) The advancement of religion. (2) The advancement of health. (3) The relief of those in need by reason of age or health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. (4) In furtherance of these purposes the Trustees shall:- a. Obtain funds from the Mosques in Dundee and their members and families within the Muslim Community in Tayside and elsewhere by fund-raising activities, pay for initially, the acquisition cost of land from Dundee City Council, to purchase a burial ground to provide a burial facility for the Muslim Community within the region. b. Supervise and administer the payment of fees by the families of deceased members for acquiring and preparing the individual plots for burial. c. Ensure that all further income is utilised in maintaining , improving and extending the burial facilities until such time as the Trust is wound up.
