**Purposes:** &#x27;the advancement of citizenship or community development&#x27;,&#x27;the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended&#x27;

**What the charity does:** We aim to provide an accessible facility (Community Hall) for the benefit of the residents in Duntocher. We provide or facilitate access to social interaction opportunities for all residents within the village of Duntocher. It is a venue for Out of School care for the 3 local primary schools. It is a venue for the local church (recently closed) to hold services as a Mission Church. We provide a meeting place for pensioners by offering a Sporting Memories Group and a Knit and Natter Group encouraging those with/without dementia to remain part of the community with social interaction with the wider community, these groups also provide a &#x27;warm place&#x27; in the colder winter months with tea/coffee and snacks provided. We provide social nights for pensioners with a meal, drinks and entertainment, all free of charge. We are a donation point for the local foodbank, WDC Foodshare. The Village hall provides a venue for numerous family celebrations, exercise/dance classes and much more

**Objectives:** The aim of this association shall be (i)To generally promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Duntocher and its environs by the advancement of citizenship and community development  opportunities  (ii)To relieve poverty and distress by increasing the availability of, and facilitating access recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational facilities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities are primarily intended
