Achievements and performance

Summary of 2024-2025 has seen the park functioning with most of the equipment in use. After nearly two the main years without the main climbing tower, in October 2024 we finally had the tower fixed by the achievements Council who promised better communication and to work more closely with us going forward of the charity However, since this time we have continued to email them requesting maintenance and during the safety reports as well as arranging our agreed meetings throughout the year. After sending financial an email asking for these reports, we received a message from Tom Murphy's admin stating, period “Apologies for the delay in getting this information to you, we will get this to you as soon as possible. | in Oban on business on 22" July and available at 15:15 if you would like to meet with him’. This date and time was not possible for any of the committee and so never took place. We are still waiting for the information we requested but we have still not heard or received anything from them. It is felt that the current committee has served the charity of 5 years, spending most of its time chasing the Council to fix, maintain and communicate consistently with us, however, it appears that they have very little ability or conscience about doing so. It is the intention of the committee to hand on the FOOCPP to a new group of individuals and it is hoped that we will be able to do this at our AGM (3 November 2025). If no new committee is formed on this date, FOOCPP will need to hold an Emergency General Meeting to try to form a committee. Failure to do this will result in FOOCPP being dissolved with our current budget being assigned to a similar charity who would be able to best serve the park going forward. However, this would result in the currently held minutes of agreement with ABC (for what it's worth) ending, leaving the maintenance and insurance with them without FoOCPP keeping them accountable. Due to the following reasons, we have not fundraised this year as we consider the future of FoOCPP.
