Talents should be developed and nurtured, this should be affordable to all not just the privileged. VIP- Pass try to give everyone from all walks of life and of all different ages the opportunity to open their horizons to what they can achieve. Children and Young People are our future adults and will shape the structure of our communities in coming years, setting Goals and paths for the next generation.
