The charity Irustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 1011) (d} of the 2006 Accounls Regulations does not apply It is my responsibility to examine the accounls as required under section 44{11 (c) of the Act and to state thether particular matters have come to my attention. We have a static information wall giving details of local witch hunts and trials and the wider picture of Scottish History. Manned by trustees & volunteers. we welcome the local community and tourists to learn about an important and dark period of Renfrewshire history. The Big Art Show. The Art Department, Paisley. Again we had an entry into the public Big Art Show.'The Lying Tongue. depicts the Pollok Witch Hunt & Trial of 1677. The trials and execution happened in Paisley. It was well received. Memorial Day. 10th June Our yearly Memorial. This year we sent up a display of the story. Short guided tours of the Gallow Green, Castlehead and the Tondo were run. Walks & Talks in Paisley & UWS In conjunction with Paisley Heritage, we started a partnership in Witch walks and talks. Our Trustee. Gayle leads a walk, 'The Three Witch Trials of Paisley.. This starts from the Paisley Cross to the Gallow Green. This transfers to a presentation talk in University of the West of Scotland IUWS). Both are very popular and well received. Podcasts We have been busy taking part in podcasts and online lectures. We were asked to give a an online lecture to the students of East Tennessee State University. Which was enjoyed by all. Then we guested on the Paisley Heritage podcast.
