CLEAR stands for Community-Led Environmental Action for Regeneration, a small independent local charity operating in Buckhaven and Methil since 2012 (and as a group since 2007). Run by local residents, CLEAR aims to improve the local environment, and engage local people in the process thereby contributing to regeneration and practical climate action. CLEAR carries out extensive planting and growing year-round (many community orchards, woodland, growing spaces, bulbs and flowers) which includes two vibrant community gardens, as well as landscape and greenspace site improvements (parks, paths, heritage and community art) seeking small -scale transformative impact and positive community placemaking. We produce our own local food run bike and wood workshops and open days and learning events. CLEAR relies mainly on local volunteers (50-75) and work with schools, college and other local groups guided by a small part-time staff team. We do joint work with Community Trade Hub, Kings T

Objectives: The association's objects are to advance citizenship and community development (including urban regeneration) and to advance environmental improvement by: 1.
