APPENDIX 1 Achievements and performance Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the financial period We successfvlly ran open community events in Marine Park and Pavilion , in support of Seafest, Macmillan Cancer and Breast Cancer Now. We have supported the Local Tennis Club with tennis activities, meetings and fixture hospitality. We linked with the local schools and hosled them al the park , on the tennis courts , in the Pavilion and on the wider Park open space. We have made small improvements in the Pavilion for the benefrt of all Pavilion users. We continue to be home for some of the local community groups their regular weekly activities. Financial review Brief statement of the charity's policy on reserves We aim to be in a posttion of holding a reserve equal to 1 years expenditure. Details of any deficit Currently we are lacking support from funding to assist with staffing costs in particular and need the development of the outdoor space lo increase income flow Donated facilities and services (if any) We do let space for no charge to local charities and aim to support others whenever we can . We invite other charities to participate in open days to promote themselves and to raise funds and awareness for their cause.
