The Highland Third Sector Interface (HTSI) is dedicated to supporting, advocating for, and strengthening third sector organisations across Highland. It operates by organising regular forums that bring together local charities and community groups to share best practice and collaborate. delivering targeted training programmes to enhance skills in governance, funding, and project management. hosting conferences to discuss sector-wide challenges and opportunities. and actively advocating for the sector’s interests in policy discussions with public bodies. Additionally, HTSI supports volunteering by connecting people and organisations, and maintains partnerships with local agencies to ensure services are accessible regionally and locally. Its work is guided by the Scottish Government’s TSI Outcome Framework, prioritising sector knowledge, a strong collective voice, and lasting capacity building.

Objectives: The company has been formed to promote the benefit of the public within Highland by - 1. Advancing citizenship and community development, including rural and urban regeneration and the promotion of civic responsibility, volunteering, the voluntary sector and the effectiveness and efficiency of charities 2. Such other similar charitable purposes as the company from time to time determines
