Scottish charity with effect from 28 September 2012. The Trust is
admlnislered in 8ccord8nce with the terms of the Tru81 Deed.
Truitt• r•crultment and appolntment
The Trustees wore those appointed on the eslabllshment of the Trust and
Deed of Assumption and Resignation dated 6 and 8 February, 9 March
and 30 April 2012. and represent the minimum number requlred.
Appointment and removal is in aecordance with the Trust Deed whlch
requires that appointment is approved by unanlmous agreement of the
existing Trusl8es ané removal of any Trustee by the unanimous
agreem8nl ol the others.
Objectlves and activities
Charltable purposos
The purpose of the charity Is for the 8dvan¢emenl of the Arts heritsge
culture and science by preseTvation of recording of cultural and historical
merit and by financial contrlbution or otherwise to the eslablishmenl of a
Scottish National Sound Archive. To provide financial assistance for lil
young rnusicians lo enable tuition and attendance,. and lill those people
wilhir¢ the Scollish Traditional Music scene whom the Trustees consider to
be suffering from financial hardship. To support any charitable or other
Trust having similar purposes.

The charity is currently dormant and is Intended to take effect on the de81h
of the two founders. lan and June Green and Ihere is likely lo be
