The multisport pitch and small pavilion are well used by a variety of local clubs and groups, as well as individual hires for birthday parties etc. The local Primary School (next door) uses the pitch for PE lessons when appropriate, as well as the Active Schools programmes, free of hire charge, in support of creating low cost sporting opportunities for the community. The pitch is always open to the public for casual use and is very well used and looked after by the community.

Objectives: The Trust is established for charitable objects and purposes only and, in particular, the Trust is established for the purpose of benefiting the community in the Operating Area and elsewhere by:- 7.1 The provision or establishment of recreational facilities around which sporting activities can be organised by sports and other clubs and organisations within the Operating Area, with the object of improving conditions of life for the residents of the Operating Area. 7.2 The advancement of public participation in sports by providing a recreational facility. 7.3 The advancement of community development within the Operating Area by bringing together people with the purpose of organising, playing and supporting sporting activity.
