Respective resposibilities of Trusttts and Examiner The Charitys Trustccs are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with thc tern of the Charities and Trustce Investment ( Scotland ) Act 2005 and thc Charities Accounts ( Scodand ) Regulations 2006. Th¢ Charity's Truslces consider that thc Audit rcquircmcnt of Regulation l O( l ) (d) of thc Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my respo8]blIty to examine th¢ Accounts as rquired under Section 44 (1) (c) of the Act and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of Independent Examiner's Statement My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation I l of the Charities Accounts ( Scotland ) Regulations 2006. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a comparison of the Accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusua] items or disclosures in the Accounts, and seeks explanations from thc Trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not providc all the evidence that would be required in an audil and consequendy I do not cxpress an Audit opinion on thc view given by the Accounts. Independent Examiner's Ststement In the course of my examination , no mattcr h&s come to my attention: which gives me reasonable cause ts) believe thal in any material respect the rcquiremcnts . ( a ) to keep accounling records in accordance with Section 44 (1) (a) of the 2005 Act and Regulation 4 of the 2006 Accounts Rcgulations , and ( b ) to prepare accounts which accord with thc aLYounting records and comply with Regulalion 9 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations have not been met , or to which , in my opinion, attention should bc drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the Accounts to be reached.
