Charity trusteeship is open to: any person aged 16 or over,and or any individual who has been nominated for
membership , and/or any corporate body who prescribes to its purpose. Written applications are considered by the
board at next board meeting and each applicant is notified promptly of the decision on whether to admit
him/her/it to Charity Trusteeship.

Charitable purposes
The purpose of this charity is the provision of facilitates that advance education and social development of pre-
school children with the emphasis on play experience , so that they take a constructive place in the
communty.Also to advance the education of their parents and other appropriated persons regardless of race,
culture , religion , means or ability.
Activities and achievements
Encouraging the emotional ,social , physical, creative and intellectual development of the children. Encouraging
children to explore, stimulate interest and imagination. Extending childrens abilities to communicate ideas and
feelings in a appreciate and respect their environment. Providing opportunities to variety of ways and
methods.Promoting the welfare of children. Respecting and promoting the individual views and wishes of the
parents/carers , children and staff . Encouraging other charitable activities through which the parents/carers
support the development of children. Evaluating the quality of service provision and continously planning for
improvement. Landscape the garden with trees, fencing and soft surface the play area.

The Trustees did not receive any remuneration or expenses during the year

of the year. The Trustees will continue to administer both the income and expenditure of the Trust in accordance with
established practice.
Any surplus assets available to the organisation immediately preceding its winding up must be used for purposes
which are the same as/or which closety resemble the purposes of the organisation as set out in its constitution.

On tlie 30th April 2012, Galslon Baby & Toddlers, Group purchascd Ihe premises siluated in
for a nominal sum of £1. The prcmiscs consist of two woodcn framcd
buildings. Althougli thc Baby & Toddlers Group own tlie buildiiigys, the buildings are situaled on
land owncd by East Ayrshirc Council.
