**What the charity does:** All or Nothing is an aerial dance company, performing, teaching and developing talent and pioneering aerial arts throughout Scotland. Our vision is aerial for all and we seek to embed aerial within the cultural landscape of Scotland as an artform that is accessible to people from all backgrounds. We make and perform work of the highest artistic and technical standards, with highly trained collaborators ranging from from small scale theatre to large scale outdoor spectacle.  Both for our own work and aerial elements for events. Participation is vital to us. Believing aerial dance is for everyone, we develop a myriad of opportunities for it to happen. We constantly challenge assumptions of who can do aerial, engaging as many people as possible, developing audiences and participants and collaborating widely.

**Objectives:** The charitable purposes of the Company are:- 2.1 to promote, maintain, improve and advance the appreciation of and participation in the Arts including the arts of dance, drama, aerial, circus, film, music, singing, opera, literature, poetry, design, sculpture and painting with special reference to the Art s of and in Scotland, internationally, nationally and locally. and 2.3 to educate and encourage an understanding of the arts as listed above.
