I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of Dundee West Community Trust Ithe Trustl for
the year ended 315t July 2024.
Responsibilities and basls of report
As the Charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the atcounts in accordar)ce wlth the
requirement5 of the Charities Act 20111'the Art'l.
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts tarried out under Section 145 of the Act and in carrying
out my examination I have followed all applicable Direth'ons given by the Charity Commission under section
1451511bl of the Act.
Independent examlner's statement
I have completed my examination. I conflrm that no material matters have come to my attentlon in connethon with
the examination glwng me cause to believe that In any material respect:
accounting rewrds were not kept In respect of the Trust asrequlrèd by Section 130 of the Act; or
2, the account5 do not accord with those records; or
3. the accounts do not comply with the applicable requlrements concerning the form and content of accounts
Set out in the Charities IAccounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 rjtherthan any requirement that the
ccounts give a true and fair view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examinab'on.
