The charty is Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation. It is
govemed by its constitution and was entwed in the Scottish Charity
Re9iSter on 24th May 2012.
T￿stee recruitment and appointment
The individuals who signed the tharity trustee declarati¢)n fomis which
accompanied the application for incorporation of the charty are deemed to
have been appointed by the members as charity trustees wtth effect from
the date of incorporation of the charty.
At each AGM, the members may elect any member to be a charity trustee.
The Board may at any time appoint any member to be a charty trustee. At
each AGM, all of the charity trustees shall retire from office- bLrt may be

Charitable purposes
To provide relief and assistance to people in Scotland, United Kingdom
arKI overseas who are victims of natural disaster, trouble, war of
catsstrophe in particular by the supply of humanitarian aid in the form of
goods, SerV￿s, food and medical Aid through working in partnership with
recognised Agencies. To provide financial support for victims through
direct support or the provision of grant assistance to agencies providing
relevant seN￿S to ease suffering in Scodand, UK and overseas. To
provide financkal support and assistan￿ to those in need by reason of
age, health. disability, financial hardship or any other disadvantage.
Summary of the main activities
in relation to these objects
Aid4AJI will achieve these objectives through raising funds and, where
appropriate. providing volunteer medica professionals to places where
medical aid is needed, working in partnership wit different agencies
locally, nati￿alty and overseas to offer an urgent, high qualty, cost
effective service.

APPENDIX 1
Achievements and performance
Summary of the maln achlevements of Aid 4 AJI has raised £22,635 from donations in this financial period. Some
the charity during the financial period
of this mney (and some of last year's mney raised) has been used to
supply essential aid to Syrian refugees caught up in the Syrian conflict. In
particular to help refugees in camps in Northem Syria through food aid
and help with the camps accorM￿at1on.
Financial review

on reserves
used in the charib'es aeb"vities and large amounts of cash are not held for
any length of time, as to date the mney has been urgently required for
