**Objectives:** The organisations purposes are:  To advance education of young people, working predominantly but not exclusively with 15 ? 24 year olds providing lifelong learning opportunities and enabling them to achieve their educational and personal potential and personal development.  To advance education for young people by providing a safe and secure environment that enables the individuals to determine what they want from a job and assist them in taking the appropriate actions (e.g. further training, gaining additional life skills, work experience etc.) that will give the individual the best chance of achieving their goals.  To carry out any activity in advancement of education, training and development for individuals which can be seen to be charitable.  To advance citizenship of young people by supporting individuals to make positive changes, and become responsible citizens of the future.  To advance citizenship and community development by developing the capacity and skills of the members of the socially and economically disadvantaged communities within Scotland, in such a way that they are better able to identify and help meet their needs and participate more fully in society.
