The Trust funds can be used for the benefit of the elderly community of the Forres area who are in need of relief by reason of advanced age. Anyone within the Forres area who is need of financial relief as a result of advanced age can apply for a grant. Groups and organisations who would like financial support for a project or activity that will benefit the elderly community in the Forres area can also apply.

Objectives: The Trustees shall pay or apply the income of the Trust Fund and shall have power in their discretion at any time or times to pay or apply the whole or any part or parts of the capital thereof for the benefit of the elderly community (as hereinafter defined) in the Forres area (as hereinafter defined) and that solely for the relief of those in need by reason of advanced age
