The business of the organisation is carried out by a Board of Trustees. The Board shall consist of a maximum of 12 Trustees and a minimum of 3 Trustees. The TTUStees meet not les5 than six times a year. Office Bearers- to include Chairperson. Vice Chairperson, Secretsry and Treasurer. Office Bearers are elected annually at the Annual General Meeting and are eliEible for re-election for a second year. March 2021 Accounts for the ar SCIO- SC042959 Activities and Achievements The charity has not been able to operate during.the last year due to the COVID-19 restrictions and being unable to access our premises, which is a local authority run centre and they have not opened any premises since March last year. Accounts for the ear SC 295 Financial Overview There was no movement on our financial position during this financial year and the cash at bank remains the same as 2019/20 which is £9107. Hopefully as restrictions ease we will be operating at some point In the next financial year, No Trustees nor ary persons connerted with them reIved any remuneration during the year. Trustees were reimbursed with out of pocket expenses. There are enough funds to sustain the Trust in the next operating year, however funding sources will continue to be researched and applied for particular projects.
