To encourage public participation in sport through the use of the bicycle with the intention of encouraging a wider community to participate together. To organise recreational activities centred on the bicycle to help show cyclists the safety and pleasure of using the bicycle as a recreational tool in various settings and as a simple, cheap and enjoyable alternative means of transport in an urban environment. To relieve the needs of bicycle messengers who have suffered an injury whilst at work and who are at a disadvantage when it comes to receiving injury benefit.
