**What the charity does:** Hope Counselling continues to provide a high quality affordable general counselling service for Aberdeen and surrounding areas. We use an integrative method of counselling which combines Person Centred and Psychodynamic approaches with CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), and we offer to discuss spiritual issues from the perspective of christianity for those who specifically request it.

**Beneficiaries:** &#x27;People with disabilities or health problems&#x27;,&#x27;No specific group, or for the benefit of the community&#x27;

**Objectives:** 4 The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: Within a Christian ethos, to advance health and relieve the needs of persons in emotional distress in the north east of Scotland and in furtherance of this by. i) The promotion and provision of services offering the benefits of an Integrative model of Counselling. ii) Working in partnership with other bodies to achieve the purposes
