Objectives: The company's objects are to promote the benefits of the inhabitants of Dunbar and environs by operating facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants, these facilities being available to the public at large and to individuals and groups having the need of such facilities as aforesaid by reason of the youth, age, infirmity or disablement, poverty or social and economic circumstances.
