**What the charity does:** During the reporting period (November 2023 to October 2024), TLC remained firmly focused on supporting individuals and families affected by poverty, primarily through the continued delivery of our food bank services. Alongside this, we addressed the growing and often unseen impact of loneliness and social isolation—issues that can have profound consequences for mental health and wellbeing. In response to ongoing pressures caused by the cost-of-living crisis, we also worked closely with our partners to provide financial and energy advice, ensuring those in crisis had access to practical, timely support
