Aria Alba also aims to promote the development of those musicians, technicians and costume and set designers associated with the Charity. A concurrent aim is to develop self-confidence and boost self-esteem in young people and more mature adults.  In addition, and when practicable, the company engages in outreach activities, taking opera to community events to make opera accessible to all. Continual efforts are made to increase the number of members in the Company.  Young singers will often leave the Company after they have completed their schooling.
