3.Charitable Objects:

1.The advancement of the arts, including but not limited to the contemporary arts,in Perth & Kinross through education and the promotion and development of public appreciation of the arts and by the development and support of an active local arts community to deliver the arts in the public realm and by,inter alia, the establishment of an art gallery or galleries, artists’ studios and workspace facilities and an archive or repository for the storage, preservation and exhibition of records, drawings, papers, reports, art works, notes, research works and other data in relation to the arts.

historical, architectural, artistic, archaeological and cultural heritage of Perth & Kinross, and in particular its relationship with the contemporary arts.

4.Activities 2021/2022.

There was no activity this year as the focus of the local authority is on the conversion of Perth’s City Hall.A locally based arts/cinema initiative in Crieff is progressing and there are some signs of museum/heritage interest in Blairgowrie.Local authority budgets are extremely restrained and existing arts & Museum services seem likely to be reduced. It remains to be seen whether this will afford opportunities for independent arts initiatives in the coming years. 5.Financial Review.

As in previous years the Trust had no income or expenditure or a bank account.Accordingly the Trust has no Annual Accounts or Independent Examiner.
