**What the charity does:** We aim to reduce loneliness and to provide support to those suffering from memory loss and their carers.  We achieve this through the provision of a befriending service.  We also deliver the Living Well Cafe which operates in three local church premises on a fortnightly basis.  This provides an opportunity for entertainment, enjoyment, socialising, peer to peer support and signposting to relevant services.

**Objectives:** The aim of the Charity is to improve the physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing within the local community.
