**Objectives:** 4.1 To advance public participation in the sport of golf, primarily within the local authority area of the Council ('the Operating Area').  4.2 To  provide ,or assist in the provision of recreational facilities, and organise recreational activities, primarily within the Operating Area, with such facilities/activities being made available to members of the public at large with the object of improving their quality of life.  4.3 To provide accessible and affordable opportunities for as many members of the general public in Fife as possible to participate in the sport of golf. 4.4 To promote, establish, operate and/or support other similar schemes and projects which further charitable purposes.
