Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of Working with Stirling Council and an installation company to provide
the charity during the financial period
vehicle and people counters at point of access in the park to determine
visitor nurnbers. This is now linked to the wi-fi system installed during our
project with them last year.
Joined with another community group lo promote the park and the area's
history by providing a display of historical pictures and information about
the park as well as a pictorial representation of our volunteer programme
i and projects within the park.
Raised funding to provide volunteer lunches and refreshments as well as
tools tc within the park and improve biodiversity.
Joined forces with another community group to host a family fun day in the
! park bringing the community together and raise funds.

maintain the park for park users, In addition. we hosted an event for staff
