**Objectives:** I leave and bequeath to the Burgh of Largs the field extending to approximately three acres lying to the north of my house, it being my wish that this ground should never be used for the erection of houses and that it should be adapted and used as a park preferably for old people and should be named &#x27;The Anderson Park&#x27; in memory of the Anderson Family.  with reference to the residue and remainder of my said means and estate I leave and bequeath and direct my Trustees to pay and make over the same to the Burgh of Largs for the purpose of laying out the Park and carrying out my wishes for endowing the said Park,
