The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the receipts and payments method as permitted by the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator. 2. During the period the trust received donations totalling £1.467. 3. During the period the trust gave donations to a variety of organisations. The trust gave £7.234 of donations to Christian organisations. 4. All monies are held in a Bank of Scotland Treasurers Account 5. During 2018 the church bought their own premises. They borrowed £50,OIX) to do this. At the year end the amount outstanding was £15,000. 6. All funds are unrestricted. 7. The Church paid wages during the year of £15,163.

Respective re5pon5ibilities of trustee5 and examiner The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the account5 in accordance with the terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment Iscotlandl Act 2005 and the Charities Accounts (Scotlandl Regulations 2006. The charity trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 1011} Idl of the Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my responsibility to exarni ne the accounts as required under section 4411) Icl of the Act and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of independent exarninerfs statement My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Charities Accounts (Scotlandl Regulations 2006. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeks explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not expre55 an a udit opinion on the view given by the accounts. Independent examlnerfs statement In the course of my examination. no matter has come to my attention; l. which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements= to keep accounting records in accordance with Section 44111 la} of the 2005 Act and Regulation 4 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations, and to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with Regulation 9 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations have not been met, or 2. to whlch, In my oplnlon, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
