Trustee recruitment and appointment Trustee members are appointed by Annual General Meeting established by the constitution. An induction programme for any new members takes place during the first week of September at which training and govemance support is given to ensure that Trustee members are familiar wtth the Charity's values, aims and responsibilities in their role as designated trustees of the charity. The difference with J-Praise Intemational and other organizations is that we provide our services to the people of all faiths and no faith but with the love that Christ himself has for the world. Summary of the main activities and achievements The main activities through the year included- Church Services - Church services took place every Sunday and Wednesday. Youth ministry- Youth ministry organised few outdoor events to get the youth more engaged and involved. Improved on food bank- We have expanded the offering in our food and managed to feed more people this year than previous years. Children ministry- Organised events for Children on regular occasions We helped young ones and young families through seminar and dinner focusing on relationships and marriage wilh seasoned resource persons. At the moment the organisalion is detemined to initiate more communty related projects. The charity trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 10(1) (d) of the Accounts Regulations does not apply. Basis of independent My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Charities examiner's statement Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006.
