**What the charity does:** Set up in 2010, Lothian 4×4 Response are a group of like minded 4×4 vehicle enthusiasts who have come together with a common interest. We  aim to provide reliable, discrete and effective logistics support to the emergency services, the local authority and other voluntary groups who attend civil emergencies in our area of coverage, when other arrangements are at full stretch.

**Objectives:** To promote the welfare, relieve the needs, and protect and preserve the health of those in the community who are isolated during periods of adverse weather conditions, environmental hazard and local emergencies, or as required.
