Divisional Chaplain- we are delighted that has agreed to lake on the role of Divisional Chaplain for the next year. epping orwar Division Unfortunately, due to Ihe ongoing situation with covid we were not able to hold our Beach Ballroom display again this year. Our Training DaylDedication Service this year took place virtually on Saturday 28th August and although not ideal il 5eFved ils purpose and allowed us lo have some sort of training and provided companies with some activities for their girls. Our Dedication seNice also went well virtualty and our thanks to leading this for us. We started off again thi5 session with the majority of companies meeting with their girls on zoom initially for a few weeks and then we managed to gel back to face to face. 2 companies have not started back this year yel, another company made the hard decision to close due to the number of girls and 1 company started back up again al the beginning of this year. We also held a Divisional publicity stand al Asda Dyce on Saturday 2na October 2021 be￿een 10.00 am- 4.00pm. There were around 180 goody bags handed out and our thanks go to the ladies and girls who helped to make up the goody bags and man the stall on the day. We had a booking for the Brigaders and Leaders lo go to Nelhy Bridge from 2020 but given the ongoing situation this had to be cancelled again last year but this will now go ahead from 2nd_ 4th September 2022. Leadershi Trainin our Divisional Chaplain for There has been l offi￿r$ commissioned this session. We have 7 leaders doing their Induction Training and 3 leaders doing their Gold Training. 1 Silver award has been gained this year.

Com elitions On a positive note, we were delighted we were able to hold some divisional competitions this year and thanks must go t•￿WhO co￿ordInated all the entries with the judges. The compekn'lions were set for the week 7th March and companies had to video the gids on their ¢ompany night and send in their videos. Explorer Physical" 5 teams 19t place- 3rd Aberdeen. 2nd place- 71h Aberdeen, 3rf place - 2P Abeldeen. Junior physical: 5 Teams 1 Bt place- 7th Aberdeen, 2nd place- 3r¢ Aberdeen, 3rd plaee- 24th Aberdeen. Brigader Physical: 6 teams 151 place- 1 51 Newtonhill, 2n0 place- P Aberdeen, 3rd place- 215t Aberdeen & 1 gt Kinlore. Makalon.. 9 teams 151 place- 3rd Juniors, 2nd place- Ph Juniors, 3rd place- Ph Brigaders. We also held CJ Bruce Competition for Explorers- this was an Individual competition for any explorers who wished to take part. They had lo produce an A4 season themed collage eithe( in their company or al home. We had 53 entries. and the judge5 had a very difficult decision in finding winners. In the end they settled on 3 winners. We also had a Christmas Photography Competition - 1 for Junior5 and 1 for Brigaders. TheTe were 7 entries for each of these sections and the judge was highly impressed with the effort that went into creatin9 the photos. The Junior placings were Juniors.. l￿ 7th Aberdeen, 2n& 31￿ Aberdeen, 3rd_ 3rrt Aberdeen and the Brigader placings were 1st_ 7th Aberdeen. Brigader 2Dd_ 3rd Aberdeen, Brigader 3rd_ 1st Newtonhill. The charity trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 10111 (dl of the Accounts Regulation5 dges not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts as required under Section 44(11 {¢) of Ihe Act and lo stale whether particular matters have come lo my attention. Basls of Independent examlnef5 Stalement My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006. An examination includes 8 review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. 11 also indudes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeks explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
