To manage and supervise the preservation and restoration of historical maritime vessels and the building of rowing boats for the benefit of the community of Berwickshire and the members of the Association, in accordance with Associations rules. To promote by whatever means agreed by the membership, the suitable provision and maintenance of historical vessels and coastal rowing boats. To provide by whatever means agreed by the membership, support for the education for the public benefit, of teachers, preservers, restorers, builders and sailors and rowers and opportunities for the public to learn about sailing historical vessels and coastal rowing and the building of rowing boats. To practice good governance and follow participatory and non-discriminatory principles.
Beneficiaries: 'No specific group, or for the benefit of the community'
Objectives: The principle objective is to advance public participation in the traditional sport of coastal rowing by the provision of rowing boats and management of rowing and rowing teams.
