**Objectives:** 1. The objects for which the Company is established are: 1.1 To assume the responsibility for any Doodles (Labradoodles, Goldendoodles, Cockapoos, other Poodle crosses) and Poodles needing to be rehomed for whatever reason and, in particular, to identify appropriate foster home and other resources for the reception, care, neutering and treatment of such dogs, before rehoming to carefully selected homes. 1.2 To promote humane behaviour towards Doodles (Labradoodles, Goldendoodles,Cockapoos, other Poodle crosses) and Poodles by providing appropriate care, protection, treatment and security for dogs which are in need of care and attention by reason of changed or poor circumstances, sickness, maltreatment or ill usage. 1.3 To educate the public in matters pertaining to canine welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty and suffering among dogs.
