Our charity exists to support the development of young people across our district through the values and programmes of Scouts Scotland. We aim to provide fun, challenging, and inclusive opportunities for young people aged 4–24 to grow in confidence, resilience, and skills for life. Through a structured programme of outdoor activities, community involvement, team-building, and leadership training, we help young people reach their full potential. As a district, we coordinate and support local Scout groups by providing resources, training for adult volunteers, safe access to adventurous activities, and events that bring together members from across our area. We also ensure good governance and safeguarding, so every young person can thrive in a safe, supportive environment.

Objectives: Scouting exists to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society.
