Learners gain practical skills in areas such as online communication, accessing services, shopping safely, and using digital tools for health and wellbeing. This increased confidence not only helps them manage day-to-day life but also reduces social isolation, promotes independence, and improves mental wellbeing.", "objectives": "2.
