Term l. In1￿k¢, engagtment and programme dtlivery
Our August intake was healrhy and settled quickly. An ollgoing trend remains a con¢ern'. some secondary age siuden(s
appear increasingly focused on social media presence rather (han personal d¢velopmeni. w'ith a growing reliance on
phone-bag¢d contaci. Despite this, we sustained our senior numbers. albeit with a more casual approach to leaming and
technical developmeni among some Cohorts.
During Terni I, Ive Stren￿h¢￿ed community links through our Outreach Team. expanded our panto tour to ihree wttks.
and worked in association with local schoo15 on leadership Inentoring.
Ed￿¢￿tIO￿, Qualificatlon$ and StudeDt Support
We advanced our SQA qualificaiion framewi)rk. including the reintroduciion ol. NPA Level 4 Dance. We also awarded
several scholarships to support students affected by challen¥in& family circumstances.
Produ¢lions, Events and Public Performances
Delivering our annual festive produciions in house is consistently challenging due io seasonal commiunents and
schedule pressures; how'ever, the programme w85 delivered successfully, including> Inanab7ing a small number of last
minute cast changes.
F*ellities Business Continuity
Into ihe new year and it was all go for GO Dan¢¢ which unfortunately was posiponed for ) monrhs due io THE %TORM
