**What the charity does:** STEP is an organisation made up of teachers who provide continued professional learning to other teachers. We do this by having an annual conference and we also try to have another smaller event around October and some online podcasts too. We meet either online or face to face to organise these events. All committee members and trustees  are volunteers.

**Objectives:** The purpose of the Association is the advancement of education.
