Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Charities
Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended). The charity trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 10(1) (d) of the 2006 Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts as required under section 44(1) (c) of the Act and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examiner’s statement
My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeks explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently | do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.

Club Mission Statement
Since its inception in 1960 Syngenta Juveniles Football Club has been developed within the town of Grangemouth. Over the years, membership of the Club has spread to areas outside of Grangemouth. Football at youth level has now been recognised to be an integral part of Scottish football. It has also been recognised that younger ages should be taught the game in a more coherent, tolerant and organised manner.
The Scottish Youth Football Association (SYFA) was handed responsibility for the administration, education, development and discipline of the game at this level. As a result the Club is hereby putting in place a more structured constitution to support this.

APPENDIX 1
Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of | Retained by the Club the Club Accreditation of Silver for Quality Mark which the charity during the financial period | recognises the hard work and dedication of our members and teams, the Quality Mark Award scheme aims to reward those who have a desire to be the very best they can be. We have continued to provide football training to just under 500 youth footballers including a Pan Disability Team both Junior and adult section. Given the current environment, the focus of mental health of our players remained at the forefront of the club. All coaches completed the mental health courses provided by the SYFA. We continued with our youngest group of footballers the Dinky Dyes- free sessions of football for 18 months to 4 year olds. This is run free of charge and has approximately 90 children attending three sessions per week. We continued our partnership in our support of Strathcarron Hospice with approx £200 in cash and approx 40 bags of food to Strathcarron Hospice in December 2024. We were invited by the SFA to participate in the Network Rail initiative, educating our players of the dangers of railway lines. We also took part in the McDonalds Fun Football Programme from both of these we received funding of just under £1850 from the Scottish Youth Football Association, all these accolades go to show that our governing body, the SYFA and SFA, hold this Club in very high esteem. We also received a Doantion from Larbert High School as part of the Youth & Philanthropy Initiative (YPI) of £2500. The students based their presentation on our Pan Disability team and the donation was given to the Pan Disability to use on new equipment.

We held a successful Summer camp in August 2024, and we also held an Easter
camp. These will continue next year. These camps are focuising on the younger
age groups and were enjoyed by all in attendance.
