The management committee nomialty meets beginning of the school years. The membership and
rnanagement are open to all parents and guardwns of thildren in the 5chcd.

We are proud to annouKe that 12 of our students t￿e aCh￿ved A and A. grades in GCSE Polish
as a second Language.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
The scttool generated a surplus of £4978 this year, Ilasl year wa5 a deficit of £2.5651. The total In¢ome
for the year was £40.917, Ilasl year £33.5011 consisted of Grant iicome of £5.115. of which
£2,865 came from the Pot￿h consulate which ¢overed wages costs and helpe¢ wlh the sell*mpioyed

2. NATURE AND PURPOSE OF FUNDS
Tolal fvnds at th8 year end are £11,527 all of which are unreslrth. Those funds will help to cover
the running costs of wages and tutors In the next year.

There was no remuneration paid to truslees or lo any connected persons during the year. Thefe were

RESPECTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRUSTEES AND EXAMINER the tharily s trustees
are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with Ihe terns of the
Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotlandl Act 2005 and the Charities Accounts IScotland}
Regulations 2006. The charity trustees consider that the audrt requirement of Regulaticn

BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S STATEMENT My examination is carried out in
accordance with Regulation 11 Df the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulalions 20(￿. An
examination indudes a review of the accounting records kept by the charty and
comparison of the accounts presented wth those records. It also includes consideration of
any unusual items or disclcsures in the accounts. and the seeking of explanations from you
as trustees COn￿ming any such matters. The prc¢edures undertaken 40 nol provide all the
evidence that would be required in an audrt and. consequently. I do nat express an audit
