Gaelic music, language and culture.

Achievements and perfornian￿ during the year
The Choir continues to grow in membership with several of the new members
being in the younger age group which is very encouraging for the future.
The Choir competed at both the Provincial Mod in Oban and the National Mod
held in Lochaber. We were pleased to be placed in the top two places at both
Mods.
The Choir again ran a 'Choirs and Candles Concert, in November 2024 donating
the proceeds to local charities.
The Choir was very honoured to be invited to take part in the 'Cantigos in
Carrea, festival in Sardinia which was a wonderful experience for us all. In
March we went to the Isle of Barra to meetthe Barra Choir and spent a day
having a workshop with them.
Reserves policy
Any reserves are held towards a postponed trip to Ireland to further our Irish
