Raising awareness of the importance and fascinating history of Dennistoun as a designated Conservation Area and to inform residents of their rights and responsibilities when maintaining and improving their homes and gardens. We have Street Representatives for all 13 streets and as well as communicating with our members by email once a year the Street Representatives issue membership packs to each door. We organise 4 meetings a year in a local restaurant. We monitor the Planning and Licensing Applications for the area and object if necessary. We organise a monthly litter pick meeting in a local business beforehand for tea and coffee. We have one social event a year with a Quiz and Raffle which raises funds for our administration costs of our website etc.

Objectives: To encourage sharing of information and ideas and maintain a sense of community with all the residents of Dennistoun. To raise awareness among residents of the importance and history of Dennistoun as a designated Conservation Area. To inform residents of their rights and responsibilities when maintaining and improving their homes and gardens. To apply for grants to help improve the area.
