**Purposes:** 'the advancement of health','the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended','the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage'

**What the charity does:** Provide holiday relief, specialised medical treatment and equipment including hyperbaric and physical treatment as required. Social gatherings to maintain contact with fellow sufferers of MS and their carers/partners and the promotion of health and well-being for all concerned. We aim to continue with our fundraising campaigns such as the annual Golf Tournament, Coffee Mornings etc which all raise awareness of what the Group can offer to MS sufferers in the Turriff and Banff areas, this in turn also generates donations for the Friends of Turriff & Banff MS Group.

**Objectives:** (a) To support Multiple Sclerosis sufferers in the AB54/45153 postcode area and their immediate families. (b) To provide social activities for the said group. (c) To provide financial support for the said group e.g. for Mobility aids, respite care, and hospital transport costs.
