**What the charity does:** Morton in the Community is a charity based in Greenock that delivers a wide range of programmes designed to improve health, wellbeing, and social connection across Inverclyde. Through football, education, and community-based activities, we support children, young people, adults, and older people, from all backgrounds. Our services help individuals build confidence, develop new skills, and strengthen relationships within their local communities. By creating inclusive and welcoming opportunities, we encourage participation, reduce isolation, and promote positive mental and physical wellbeing. Our aim is to help people feel valued, connected, empowered, and supported to reach their full potential.

**Beneficiaries:** &#x27;Children or young people&#x27;

**Objectives:** The organisation’s purposes are: 4.1 To promote the advancement of public participation in sport, and in particular by the provision of facilities for the playing of football and hockey, and 4.2 to provide recreational activities or the organisation of recreational facilities for the advancement of health through – •	Walking Football for Men and Women •	Football Fans In Training for Men and Women – (Exercise and Advice on Diet and Nutrition Information)  •	Peer Support Group for people suffering from Mental Health issues.  •	Peer Support Group for people who are who are Lonely or Isolated 4.3 to promote equality and inclusion by encouraging participation in programmes that target the disadvantaged and vulnerable. and  4.4 to advance education in the community by providing a range of projects and activities designed to assist in the learning and development of life skills,  4.5 to assist in the prevention or relief of poverty through training in – •	Basic work skills •	CV writing •	Preparation for interviews
