**What the charity does:** We are the only guide unit in our area of Glasgow, taking in the G13, G14 and G15 postcodes. We tell them that girls can do anything. We help them know that, whether they have a disability or lack confidence, we try to provide as many different activities and adventures. This can be at the weekly meeting place or helping a local charity at Christmas as well as residential events both at home and abroad. Our promise links us to other Girlguiding members by taking part in events such as attending badge sessions, circus skills, STEM events and coming together for our Thinking Day event each year. We encourage them to  be an active citizen of the community (helping St Margaret’s Hospice at Christmas, to help others, perhaps elderly relatives or neighbours and respecting others that may different from them. Our inclusive promise for all is a shared commitment for every member – from all faiths or none. This unity is what makes guiding so special.

**Objectives:** Promoting the instruction of girls of all classes in the principles of discipline, loyalty and good citizenship
