**What the charity does:** The association was set up to manage and maintain the Berriedale Church and Cemeteries so that they were preserved for future generations to enjoy the cultural and historical importance of them. We achieve this by fundraising to restore and refurbish the structure of the church and maintain the two cemeteries. We also hold regular events in the church both as a fundraising mechanism and to allow the local community to enjoy and use the space.

**Objectives:** The objects of the Association are to restore, preserve, repair, maintain, and improve Berriedale Church and its burial ground and to continue their community use for weddings, funerals, interments, and other appropriate purposes and to advance public education and appreciation on the history, culture and heritage of the surrounding area particularly but not exclusively by the display of illustrative and interpretative materials.
