VOX is Scotland’s only national mental health collective advocacy organisation run by people with lived experience of mental health problems for people with lived experience of mental ill health. VOX represents a broad range of people who have had mental ill health, to address injustice, build capacity, work with marginalised communities to ensure they have a voice, influence change and create a vision for the future in mental health. We are influencing the laws, policies, strategies and services that will shape mental health care in the future. We are using our lived experience to guide the design of services that work for us and challenge issues we experience.
