**What the charity does:** THe Management Committee owns the village hall on behalf of the community of Cardross. We have 3 halls and an upstairs hall which are all available to let. The Hall is used every day except Sunday when it is used occasionally for childrens' parties. There are many users of the hall ranging from Mother and Toddler groups , Brownies and Rainbows, Dance Classes , Archery Classes, Yoga group, monthly meetings of Cardross Community Council and occasional lets for parties and private functions including occasional weddings. The hall is the polling place for the village and the committee organised an annual Burns Supper. We give a reduced rental to charities and childrens organisations. We struggle to maintain sufficient funds to provide heating in the winter and are currently hoping to raise grants to repair the roof which needs urgent attention as the hall was built in 1889.

**Objectives:** A.)
